These terms apply to your use of this website and to anything you buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

This website is operated by Bautylisse Services Ltd, a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 17389431, with its registered office at Office 1587, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom.
Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Bautylisse Services Ltd.
What we sell
We sell digital guides on professional skincare practice, supplied as downloadable files. They are written for qualified beauty therapists and skincare professionals. We do not sell physical goods, and nothing is posted to you.
Our guides are professional reference material. They are not accredited training, they do not lead to a qualification, and they are not tailored to any individual reader or client.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment and make the download available to you. Prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Any taxes that apply are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Delivery
Your download is made available immediately after payment is confirmed, both on screen and by email. If it does not reach you, contact us and we will send it again.
Cancellation and refunds
Because our guides are delivered in full and immediately, specific rules apply. These are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
What you may and may not do with a guide
When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it, keep it and print a copy for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the content itself.
You may not resell, share, republish, upload or distribute a guide or any part of it, whether free or paid, and you may not use its contents to produce a competing product. All text, photographs, illustrations and design remain our property or that of our licensors.
No professional advice
Our guides are provided for professional education and general information only. They are not accredited training, nor a substitute for a recognised qualification, professional indemnity insurance, or the manufacturer instructions for any product. Nothing on this website constitutes medical or dermatological advice, and no guide should be used to diagnose or treat any skin condition. You remain responsible for working within the scope of your qualification and any regulations that apply where you practise.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to make our guides accurate and useful, and we do not exclude our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Beyond that, we are not liable for decisions you take in your own professional practice after reading a guide, including treatments you choose to carry out or products you choose to use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, this does not deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
