Refund policy

What we sell

Everything sold on this website is a digital guide, supplied as a downloadable PDF and delivered immediately after payment. Nothing is posted to you, and there is nothing to return.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel the purchase of digital content. That right ends once the download has been made available to you, provided you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that doing so ends your right to cancel. We ask for that confirmation at checkout, before payment.

If you have placed an order but have not yet accessed or downloaded the file, you may cancel within 14 days by emailing us, and we will refund you in full.

If something goes wrong

We will always put right a problem that is ours. Contact us and we will resolve it, or refund you, if:

  • your download link does not arrive, or does not work
  • the file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open
  • you have been charged more than once for the same order
  • the guide you received is not the guide you paid for

In most cases the quickest fix is for us to send a fresh download link, and we are happy to do that at any time.

How to request a refund

Email contact@lissecosmetics.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days. Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method and normally reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Prices and currency

All prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Any taxes that apply are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where it is not, you remain entitled to the remedies the law provides, regardless of anything stated above.
